Non è stata solo la mitica Porsche 911 – presente nella gallery sotto – ad entusiasmare quanti hanno avuto la fortuna di assistere al Goodwood Festival of Speed 2013, tra le protagoniste, infatti, c’è stata anche l’innovativa Porsche 918 Spyder. Dalla Nordschleife del Nürburgring alle strade di Milano, nella livrea Martini, alle strade della contea di Goodwood, nel famoso circuito costruito attorno all’aeroporto militare, la Porsche 918 Spyder, vettura indubbiamente non comune, non è passata di certo inosservata.
Idonea sia all’uso quotidiano che su pista, accoppia un motore termico ad elevate prestazioni a due propulsori elettrici, all’asse anteriore e posteriore che le consentono di offrire performance eccezionali e un’efficienza sorprendente.
Sul circuito, lungo i vialetti della nobiliare residenza, fino in cima ad una collina dove si allevano i fagiani, su milleottocentosessanta metri d’asfalto, delimitate da balle di paglia, la 918 Spyder ha messo in evidenza i vantaggi, in termini di dinamica di guida, offerti dalla trazione ibrida di un’auto che per tecnologia e prestazioni (anche in termini di consumi) rappresenterà il benchmark per le vetture supersportive per il prossimo decennio.
